An ambient drone meditation mix with binaural drones. The music is all to a slightly detuned scale that corresponds with the natural harmonic of the vibration of the Earth itself; a super subsonic detuned C. Over this are mixed a series of sine wave drones which vary slightly in phase throughout the course of the mix. Each note of sine has binaural phase shifts tuned to a different level of brainwaves: alpha, beta, theta. There has been suggestion that by playing binaural drones close to brainwave frequencies that your brain could become entrained and follow along. The intensity and cycles of shifts correspond to a peer reviewed scientific paper that tracked the brainwave EEGs on Balinese possessing meditations found excitement in alpha and theta regions
